GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 18 FEBRUARY 2019
C. As a result of the introduction of a new separate Environment Grants Program and Policy,
Council approve the amendments required to the Community Grants Policy as detailed in
Attachment 2 to the report to the General Committee meeting dated 18 February 2019; and
D. Authorise the CEO to make any required minor amendments to the Policies prior to
publication.
REPORT
Councillors considered a report on this matter at the Planning & Environment Committee meeting
on 12 February 2019. At that meeting Councillors requested that some amendments be made to
both the draft Environment Grants Policy and the Community Grants Policy. The proposed
amendments are shown in revision mode in Attachments 1 and 2 to this report.
