Attention Chief Executive John Knaggs.
I would like to voice my objection to the proposed development at 271 Lake Macdonald Drive Cooroy, Application #MCU12/0216. 
I believe this proposal is completely inappropriate in a residential area.There is a day care center close by where young children walk and ride bikes to and from. Fully loaded double dump truck drivers would have no hope of stopping to avoid a child in the road. 
The heavy trucks do damage to the road creating pot holes, this will only compound the safety issues.
The entrance/exit for this sight is in a blind spot for those drivers traveling from town to Forest Acres. The trucks are running now as I write and I have seen them blocking both lanes of traffic while entering and leaving the sight.
The clay the truck tires leave on the road builds up over the day leaving a very slippery surface on wet days and creates dusty conditions in dry times.
I cannot find one positive in this for the local community.
