Lodgement of a development application (Pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning Act 2016)
On behalf of Lutheran Services we lodge a development application over the above site seeking:
•     Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Multiple Housing Type 3 – Retirement and
      Special Needs, Wellbeing Type 3 – Worship, and Wellbeing Type 2 – Social.
The application is subject to impact assessment and requires referral to SARA.


APPLICATION MATERIAL
As required by Section 51 of the Planning Act 2016, the development application includes:
•     completed application forms;
•     written consent of the landowner;
•     documents required by the application form, including a town planning proposal and assessment report,
      code responses, proposal plans, and supporting technical assessment reports; and


APPLICATION FEES
As per correspondence from Noosa Shire Council dated 5 June 2019, the application is to have a fee of
$20,880.00. The relevant correspondence is provided with the application material at Appendix N.
We understand that Council will issue a fee quote to enable payment of the application fee.
