             Proposed Outcome                  The house site is more than 160m from any rural zoned property
                                               over 4 hectares in area mapped as ‘Agricultural Land Conservation
                                               Area’ and so is highly unlikely to be impacted upon by adjoining
                                               rural uses.

                                               Furthermore, there is ample space on the subject property for
                                               future rural uses to be established, if this is desired by a future
                                               property owner.

             CONCLUSION                        Performance Outcomes are met.
