We refer to the abovementioned Development Application, which has been
referred to Energex Limited pursuant to section 54(1) of the Planning Act
2016. This response has been provided pursuant to the requirements of
section 57 of the Planning Act 2016.

In accordance with Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 2 of the Planning
Regulation 2017, the application has been assessed against the purposes of
the Electricity Act 1994 and Electrical Safety Act 2002.

As an Advice agency to the application Energex Limited has no requirements
in relation to the proposed Reconfiguring of 1 lot into 4 lots and access
easements & Operational work for civil and landscaping works.

No works are permitted to be undertaken within the Energex easement          Enquiries
