All new proposed stormwater pipe outlets will be planted with revegetation species as defined in the AECOM Landscape Drawings prepared for 5 meters
the project. The overland flow and existing stormwater discharge points adjacent to Beckmans Road will be subject to weed management works, Treatment 1 = Open Forest Species Existing Gully Line

and then revegetated in accordance with Treatment 2 as per typical drawing Module B on Drawing Sheet DS-02. This will provide stability of BOTANICAL NAME COMMON NAME

Existing Retained Vegetation Acacia hubbardiana Triangle Wattle
All existing native vegetation within the proposed Environmental Corridor is anticipated to be retained. All retained vegetation is to be clearly
identified and protected on site in accordance with Australian Standard AS4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites, and the Acacia longissima Narrow-leaved Wattle

Following project surveyor pegging on site, a qualified Arborist will undertake a detailed survey of canopy tree species which are within the drop Cymbopogon refractus Barbed-wire Grass
zone of proposed lots and infrastructure. Species such as the Scribbly Gum - Eucalyptus racemosa in particular are prone to limb drop and will
require assessment for specialist tree surgery works or potentially removal if deemed unsafe to be retained within the proposed Covenant Areas Dianella longifolia Blue Flax lily
within lots and/or adjacent Environmental Corridor. Five (5) nest boxes are anticipated to be installed in the Covenant Areas in accordance with Large-leaved Hop
the Flora and Fauna Management Plan produced for the Doonella Noosa development. At this time, the project Ecologist will also assess the Dodonaea triquetra

Weed Management Works MODULE A
Weed control methods are anticipated to involve best practice bush regeneration methodology including hand removal (for small woody weeds Lepidosperma laterale Variable Sword Sedge
and tap rooted plants), foliar herbicide application (for grasses & lignotuberous or climbing species), and physical removal in areas such as the Lomandra multiflora Club Rush
Beckmans Road Drainage Area and the Old Access Track Areas. Hand removal of seeding woody weeds such as Groundsel and Lantana is
anticipated to be the preferred methodology. Herbicide spray should be used on species where hand removal is not as successful, or in areas Schoenus melanostachys Bog Rush 5 meters
where signifcant pasture grasses occur (adjacent Beckmans Road). The use of amphibian-friendly glyphosate formulations are required for use Themeda triandra Kangaroo Grass Shrubs Tubestock

on the site as these formulations limit or exclude toxic surfactant additives. All herbicides must be prepared in accordance with manufacturers
specifications (refer to Labels, MSDS ). All weed removal methods and treatment methodology should be in accordance with bush regeneration
best practice and advice as constantly updated through Biosecurity Queensland website (http://www.dpi.qld.gov.au/ 4790_7043.htm). Treatment 2 = Drainage Area Species Grasses and Sedges

General Plant Layout and Setout
Final plant arrangements including groupings of ground covers to be confirmed on ground at time of plant setout with the Landscape/Bush Baumea juncea Bare Twigrush
Regeneration Contractor. Stock sizes for all plantings is to be 50mm Nursery Tube unless species availability requires larger stock.
Revegetation species provided on this plan have intentionally omitted tall canopy species as embellishment planting is anticipated only. Carex breviculmis Short Sedge
Embellishment planting to the Beckmans Road Drainage Area and Old Access Track Area will use Species Treatments 2 and 1 respectively, Cyperus tetraphyllus Sedge 5 meters
and shall both be installed as per Module B and Tubestock Typical Planting Detail provided on DS-02. All existing native plants in these areas
will be retained with new plantings interplanted throughout. The Visual Screen Planting Area will be planted as per the species identified in Gahnia aspera Rough Sawsedge
Treatment 3 – Visual Screen Species list and shall be interplanted around existing native trees at 1 plant per m2 (as shown on Module A – Typical Lepidosperma laterale Variable Sword Sedge
Visual Screen Planting Arrangement – DS-02). All disturbed areas of the Environmental Corridor will require embellishment planting to ensure
full vegetation coverage. Should failures of the existing vegetation be noted during the maintenance period - embellishment planting will be Lomandra hystrix Green Matt Rush
undertakn to ensure full vegetation coverage of the Environmental Corridor. Oplismenus imbecillis Basket Grass Typical Embellishment Planting
Arrangements
Planting Protocol Rhynchospora brownii Beak Rush
For all planting works the following should be observed;
Schoenus melanostachys Bog Rush MODULE B
· Plants should be ordered well in advance of the expected planting period with final dispatch to the site arranged to coincide with the
scheduled planting time;
· All landscape revegetation and planting work should be carried out or supervised by experienced and qualified personnel with knowledge
of local and exotic species identification; Treatment 3 = Visual Screen Species
· Plants used for revegetation must be exclusively those listed in prescribed species schedule for site, or local native endemic species; BOTANICAL NAME COMMON NAME
· Planting should be programmed to avoid extremes of weather to minimise plant stress and to mitigate the potential loss of newly
establishing plants through drought or by scour and floodwaters; Elaeocarpus reticulatus Ash Quandong Optional
· Planting should involve installing plants in a hole twice the size of the plant rootball using a shovel, hoe or hand tools. Install the plant Tubestock

surrounding soil to ensure that there is complete contact between the roots and soil; Hovea acutifolia Pointed Leaf Hovea
Site Mulch Ring
Melastoma malabathricum
Watering and Fertilisation Blue Tongue Keep mulch away from
subsp. malabathricum
Watering should follow the following program; Stem - mulch ring depth to 50mm
· All stock thoroughly watered or dunked immediately prior to planting (Products such as fish emulsion liquid fertilisers may be beneficial); Pittosporum revolutum Yellow Pittosporum maximum and 400mm diameter.
· Initial establishment watering immediately upon plant installation; Notelaea longifolia Long-leaved Olive
· Followup watering in the first 6 weeks (unless sufficient rainfall occurs) sufficient to ensure establishment;
· Beyond 6 weeks, watering is not anticipated.

outlets are to be installed without mulch installation.
Maintenance Requirements TUBESTOCK
Maintenance activities shall include ongoing weed identification and removal, re-planting to replace any failed plantings as required to ensure TYPICAL PLANTING DETAIL
