This development, if approved, will severely impact my quality of life with increase of traffic noise. Development is
immediately opposite my residence. We were told at a meeting at Noosa Springs that no traffic during construction

and upon completion, would be undertaken from Resort Drive.
According to the development map, this is not true with the only entry to the new development being at the bottom of
Resort Drive, using the existing back entrance to Noosa Springs Resort Complex.
The traffic that now uses Resort Drive is continuous and Parkridge is still not yet fully occupied and the new
restaurant is due to open shortly.

This road is narrow and needs a speed reduction and speed reduction ramps at 30KPH as speeding is already a
problem.

Ife scooters and e bikes are to be used from this entrance a very dangerous situation will occur as the road is steep
and is our only pedestrian access to the lower resort. It is used continually with walkers and dog walkers.
