QUESTION 1
The overall emphasis in this question is seeking transparency, understanding details and ensuring
community’s needs and concerns are properly addressed in the council decision making process,
so what are council’s plans for the community consultation for future uses of Lots 2 and 3 of the
subdivision at 62 Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy?

QUESTION 2
When will council organise the community meeting on future uses of Lot 2 and 3 Lake Macdonald
Drive, Cooroy considering the community could vote for no further housing and assuming the council
does intend to take that possible outcome into consideration and honour the resident’s wishes as
there could be a huge saving to subdivision costs if the lots are not made fully housing ready as is
the current plan in the subdivision works?
