Issue
The submitted pans 2155 01 S 310 (Revision A) detail the proposed driveway and crossover to have a concrete thickness of 100mm on the submitted plans.
Information Required
As per standard drawing RS-050, the minimum required driveway/crossover thickness is 125mm. As a minimum, this needs to be provided for the section of driveway/crossover located inside the road reserve (outside of the property boundary) as depicted below. Please provide amended plans detailing the required driveway thickness.
