    3. Design advice from an RPEQ
    4. Proof of the landowner
    5. Owners Consent from the Department of Environment, Tourism, Science &
        Innovation (DETSI)

We look forward to receiving the Confirmation Notice from Council so that we can
request Concurrence Comments from the Department of State Development,
