For the attention of the General Manager / Planning Manager / Planning Department Application MCU21/0087 Address 51 Tingira Cres Sunrise Beach QLD 4567 Description Short-term accommodation Name of commenter D Boyer Address of commenter 2/20 Sobraon street, Sunrise Beach 4567 Email of commenter [email protected] Comment We are very concerned about the possibility of 51 Tingira Crescent Sunrise Beach becoming a short term accommodation property. As per previous comments, Tingira and Sobraon are both often full with parked cars due to the number of units, and this can make it quite difficult for cars to get through and does lead to safety issues. This property is a large home and can accommodate a number of people which would likely leave it as a target for short term renting by large groups, we are quite concerned about noise level implications to this being a short stay property with parties. The property has previously been permanently occupied so we don't believe there is any precedent for this property to convert to short term accommodation. With a real lack of long term/permanent accommodation in the area, this property would be ideal for a family to occupy on a long term basis. ________________________________ This comment was submitted via PlanningAlerts, a free service run by the OpenAustralia Foundation<https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fprotect-au.mimecast.com%2Fs%2FyIlRCVARM6HgoDNhymzdD%3Fdomain%3Demail2.planningalerts.org.au&data=04%7C01%7C[email protected]%7Ccfc598b74955431cca1608d91f51ed87%7C99d9dd67b90f4999a44ef2d3700133b2%7C0%7C0%7C637575259005110337%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=FHUNuoVytT%2BpqXiUrnqGSElZCURhppCr98RVSB44%2B0I%3D&reserved=0> for the public good.
