 I am sure that Council is keeping a close eye on proposals for this site.

 I would ask you to consider the following:

- I find the comment in the traffic report, that the development will have no effect on local traffic. beggars belief. The project provides 380 parking spaces which almost doubles the number in the presently construct apartment blocks. This extra traffic will be imposed on Grant Street, which is inadequate for existing traffic and hazardous for pedestrians.

- Can some restriction on parking in Serenity Close be considered, such as limiting parking to the north side of the road
