 2.1 Licensed premises—location and description
 The venue is located at Belmore Terrace, Sunshine Beach QLD 4567                G51 Check Item 9 ☐

 (over Lot 126/CP845336 and Lot 5/SP26974) as shown in Figure 1
 below.
 The venue is comprised of a three-storey clubhouse building situated            G51 Check Item 10 ☐

 between Ed Webb Park and the Sunshine Beach Park (beach and
 ocean).
