Timber framed decking to have h4 treated timber structure in
accordance with structural engineers design and detail. Provide
86 x 19mm Boral blackbutt decking (Standard & Better Grade)
with s/s screw fixing to structure. Decking shall be installed in
accordance with Timber Queensland Technical Data Sheet 13.
Concrete block retaining wall to be in accordance with
structural engineers design and detail. Footings and slab
construction shall to be in accordance with engineers design
and detail. Termite barriers to comply with AS 3660.1 Approved A B C D E
'Kordon' termite barriers are required to perimeter and
penetrations of slab to be designed and installed by specialist
approved contractor - guarantees are required by the owner
from the manufacturer / installer of the termite barriers. Provide
moisture barrier (200UM) under slab with 200mm laps.
Securely tape joints. Slab to have fall away from building line.
