Purpose and scope
The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the performance of the Noosa Oyster Ecosystem Restoration Project
(the “Project”).

The core task of the Project was to build the foundations for oyster reef ecosystems in the Noosa River estuary (Figure 1).

The report pertains to the full project period 30th July 2019 to 30th September 2022.

The report also includes a specific update for the final 7-month period between 1st of March 2022 and 30th September 2022.

The report pertains specifically to works undertake under the Alliance and Funding Agreement (the “Agreement”) between
Noosa Shire Council (NC) and The Nature Conservancy (TNC), effective from the 30th July 2019 to 30th September 2022.
