Standard Registered Easement Document No. 701792601 is amended as follows:

A. The following clause is inserted:
“4 GRANTEE’S COVENANTS
1.4 Notwithstanding anything else herein contained or implied in this Easement, the Grantee must:

1.1.1. Ataill times exercise the right granted by this Easement in a proper manner and so as to cause as
little inconvenience as possible; and

1.1.2 Within a reasonable time, repair (at its cost) and make good any damage caused by the Grantee to
the Servient Tenement and any improvements thereon in the course of the Grantee's exercise (or
purported exercise) of the right granted by this Easement.”

B. The words “and associated structures, access chambers, fittings and control devices” are inserted after the words
“conduits and channels” at the end of the fourth line.
