LODGEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

Please find enclosed Development Application for a Material Change of Use for a Landing and associated
Operational Works (Prescribed Tidal Works) in respect to the above site.

Please find attached:-
    •        A copy of the Council pre-lodgement minutes;
    •        DA Form 1;
    •        ASIC extract for Noosa River Enterprises Pty Ltd;
    •        Letter of authority to act on behalf of the applicant;
    •        Copy of the seabed lease tenure;
    •        A copy of the crown plan of the property;
    •        A copy of the survey of the existing structures within the seabed;
    •        Owner’s Consent from Dept of Natural Resources e as the proposal is within an existing
             seabed lease;
    •        A copy of the proposal plans signed by an RPEQ;
    •        A design report from an RPEQ;
    •        Development Assessment Planning report prepared by Project Urban;
    •        Assessment against the Noosa Plan Codes; and
    •        Assessment against the Prescribed Tidal Works Code.

We understand that an application fee of $5,370.00 ($2,984.00 for MCU component & $2,386.00 for the
OPW component) applies to the proposed development, to be paid upon receipt of Council’s invoice
and reference number.
