      Re:      OPERATIONAL WORKS APPLICATION - Civil Works – Engineering Works (Earthworks,
               Drainage and Access) and Landscaping Works - 36 Enterprise Street, Sunshine Beach –
               Lot 5 RP 81810

             Dear Sir/Madam,
             We submit for your approval the Operational Works application for the above-mentioned
             project. The proposed works involve earthworks, drainage and access driveway.
             As part of the application, the following documents are provided:

                       DA Form 1
                       Operational Works civil drawings prepared by Bax Engineering (Dwgs 124-002-001 to
                        124-002-703)
                       Landscape Plan and Plant Schedule

             It is confirmed that the engineering drawings have been designed in accordance with the
             Noosa Plan 2020 Planning Scheme Policy SC6.7 ­ PSP6 Engineering Design Standards. The
             application fees have been calculated as per Council’s Fees and Charges. The fees will be paid
             by the applicant upon lodgement.

             Minor Fee ­ Works not relating to Reconfiguring of a lot or Material Change of Use or other
             development approvals                                                           $2,430.00

             We request notification of Council Reference No. and issue of a tax invoice upon receipt of
