4. CONCLUSION
A contribution in lieu of parking is supported for this application, with the potential short term car
parking impacts considered relatively minor and the funds expected to be directed toward
projects that will deliver real offsets. It is recommended that Council agree to extend the relevant
period of the approval until the 20 September 2016 and execute the associated Infrastructure
Agreement for contributions in lieu of providing one on-site car space.
