This review has highlighted:

    Since 1996, 31 parcels of land have been purchased covering approximately 1400
      hectares
    Lot sizes range from 315 square metres to 500 hectares
    14 lots are Council freehold, (10 dedicated as Nature Refuge and one under trust)
    1 is State reserve with Council as trustee
    6 parcels have been dedicated as National Park
    1 parcel is Conservation Park
    5 parcels are State freehold land
    3 parcels are Unallocated State Land (USL)
    1 parcel is now owned freehold by Unity Water.

In summary there are 9 parcels of land that were purchased through the Environment Levy or
jointly with State and Commonwealth funds, that have not been placed under conservation
tenure. In some cases these lands were purchased between 7 and 11 years ago. These parcels
are highlighted in bold in Table 1.
