FOR 55 LAKE MACDONALD DRIVE, COOROY (LOT 136 on MCH978)

We are writing to make representations in relation to Conditions;

e Condition 2
e Plan 1225-84, allow for alternative retaining wall construction in grouted rock

Condition 2

As an alternative to obtaining permission from owners, we propose a revision to stormwater
works so they are outside private property. Please refer to revised plans 1225-74c and 1225-77c
enclosed.

Alternative Retaining Wall

To reduce construction costs we propose an alternative of grouted rock as per revised drawing
1225-84b enclosed.
