I wish to register my objection to the proposed development application for Nursery
Site 37, Gibson Rd.,Noosaville.

The location is at a busy roundabout with traffic from the Noosavillage Shopping
Centre and the Noosaville Homemaker Centre , as well as Thomas Street shops &
restaurants and the only exit from a large residential development of units,
duplexes and houses. This causes traffic problems already.

There are a number of empty shops, business premises and restaurants already
,and this would most likely exacerbate the problem.

This would he a prime site for affordable rental accommodation.
