4 Road Traffic Noise Assessment
The road traffic noise model was configured using the CadnaA Version 4.4.145 noise prediction
software (DataKustik, 2013) with algorithms based on those contained in CoRTN (Calculation of Road
Traffic Noise), UK Department of Transport 1988.

Topographical information for the site was proved by Noosa Shire Council (NSC), development
layout provided by VerveBD (Drawing: 14004-DA02 Rev B dated 27/05/14). Figure 4.1 presents the
topography of the site.

Floor levels were provided by vT Consulting Engineers (Drawing: 14012-P003 & P004 Rev A dated
23/05/14) as presented in Table 4.1.
