Further to our discussion please find attached revised plans for MCU18/0009.01 that detail:


·         Privacy screening to the northern windows of the Villas 1 and 2 and the service core

·         Additional treatment to service core building including FC weatherboards on northern and eastern facade

·         Landscaped residents courtyard between Villas and service core.

The attached plans are to replace DWG nos A103 A to A106 A and A201A to  A206 A.

Could you please proceed with finalisation of your assessment so that the matter can be reported to the next Council meeting.
