7.2.3.1 Application
This code applies to assessable development:
(a) within the Tewantin local plan area as shown on Map ZM11 Tewantin contained within Schedule 2 (Mapping); and
(b) identified as requiring assessment against the Tewantin local plan code by the tables of assessment in Part 5 (Tables of
assessment).
