The Bushfire Management Plan does not address the proposed reconfiguring a lot and any fire
mitigation measures that may be necessary for the proposed lots, such as identifying any building
envelopes for future development.

Landslide Hazard Overlay Code
The site is partly mapped as being subject to moderate landslip hazard. The applicant provided a
Geotechnical Investigation Report of the site to respond to the Overlay Code. This investigation
report, based on the building mass diagrams, concludes there would be a low risk of slope
