5. CONCLUSION & REASONS FOR DECISION
The application seeks approval to subdivide a 1447.3m2 High Density Residential zoned site into
lots that are below the requirements of the Reconfiguration of a Lot Code. The lot areas, width and
shape are significantly less than the Code requirements and result in a development form that is
not consistent with the character of the site but also reduce opportunities to achieve an appropriate
form of unit development on the site. The applicant is not supported and recommended for refusal.
