The applicant has requested to amend Conditions 1, 2, 15, 26 and 28 and to delete Conditions 23
and 27.
• Conditions 1 and 2 relate to emergency vehicle access
• Condition 15 relates to approved plans
• Condition 26 relates to useability of delivery parking spaces
• Condition 28 relates to onsite carparking
• Condition 23 relates to internal access works. These works have been completed and as
such the condition is no longer relevant.
• Condition 27 relates to the requirement for revised plans prior to an Operational Works permit
being issued. These works have been completed and as such the condition is no longer
relevant.
It is noted that the original development permit (132001.210127) related to ‘Stage 3’ of the
development only, being the Darwinia and Eucalyptus wings located along the south-western
boundary of the site (refer to Figure 10), whilst the previous minor change (132001.210127.2)
related to the Acacia wing in the northern portion of the lot (refer to Figure 11), whilst the current
minor change proposal relates to the Acacia, Banksia and Casuarina wings and administration and
services areas only (refer to Figure 12). It is therefore considered that to ensure clarity regarding
the current minor change proposal, rather than amending existing conditions as requested by the
applicant, a new suite of conditions is included in the recommendation specific to the proposed
minor change, with existing conditions to either predominately remain unchanged or be deleted
accordingly.
