OPW21/0364).

We refer to the preliminary approval issued on 4 April 2022 for the combined Material Change of Use (Multiple Dwelling
Units and office) and Operational Works (Roadwork, Drainage and Stormwater work, Earthworks and Landscaping)
application over land at 245 David Low Way, Peregian Beach.

In accordance with s75 of the Planning Act 2016 we hereby suspend the applicant’s appeal period for 20 business days in
order to make change representations about Council’s decision notice.
