 Topography and              The site is located on a ridge line that runs parallel to the edge of lake
 views                       Macdonald. The land form from the southern boundary of the site falls
                             21metres towards Lake Macdonald (230 metres from the bank of the lake).
                             The site has views of Lake Macdonald to the south. On the northern side of
                             the ridge the land falls 10 metres over a distance of approximately 220 metres
                             towards Figbird Court. To the north the views are more limited to the adjoining
                             property to the north and bushland to the east.

 Existing                    The site of the proposed development is cleared and contains no vegetation of
 vegetation                  significance. The balance of the land is largely cleared with mown grassland.
                             Approximately 113 metres of driveway from Figbird Court passes through an
                             area of vegetation of biodiversity and State environmental significance which
                             is also part of the mapped Koala habitat. This protected vegetation is
                             approximately 100 metres from the site of the proposed development and is
                             not affected by the proposed development.

 Existing                    Lake Macdonald is located 230 metres to the south of the site of the proposed
 waterways                   development. There are no waterways traversing the land.
