Re the application 17/055

In regard to the above application for change of use and the proposed usage of the the tenancy for a swim school.
As an existing long term tennant in this complex I have serious concerns about the shortage of customer  parking as this is already a problem  and the other  problem which has already arisen in the past is the unsupervised children wandering/playing in the carpark area.
Both of these problems will only be worsened by another tennant servicing the public by way of this type of facility as we already have a busy fitness business operating here
