Dear Mick,

As requested, an experienced geotechnical engineer from Tectonic (A. Davey) has reviewed civil design
drawings prepared for a proposed commercial development at the above site by Alta Projects (Ref.
A6035/21/L01 to W01 [20 sheets], various revisions and dates, latest being 25 May 2021). We advise that
the recommendations of our geotechnical report (Ref. 18151-001-Rev0, dated 22 June 2018) remain
appropriate for the proposed development. It is noted that our geotechnical advice regarding such measures
as temporary batter slopes, sheet pile retention and drainage has been incorporated into the civil design.
Your attention is drawn to the document Limitations, which is attached to this letter.
