Further Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd have been provided with the Noosa Council information request of the 18th March 2024 in relation to the non-compliance of the driveway with Project Urban's drawings 21038-01.D sheets 1 to 4. Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd is of the opinion that the driveway as constructed and as shown in the following photographs is generally in accordance with the intent of Project Urban approved drawings 21038-01.D sheets 1 to 4 except that the parking area is constructed on the fill side of the driveway as opposed to the Project Urban drawings showing it on the cut side. LINDSAY CONSULTING PTY LTD - STRUCTURAL AND CIVIL ENGINEERS ACN 079 744 808 ABN 61 478 386 385 GST REGISTERED AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LINDSAY FAMILY TRUST The driveway is constructed using 50 mm road base material, which at the time of Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd's original inspection and the inspection of the 4th June 2024 appears to have been suitably compacted in-place. The fill batter has been stabilised with a rock armour, Lindsay Consulting that the stabilisation is satisfactorily working to prevent erosion of the fill batter. As such Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd is of the opinion that the driveway is constructed within the intent of the approved driveway and certify it as being adequate for the use as the secondary driveway. Further in lieu of providing as-constructed drawings for the existing driveway and accordance with Noosa Council's Information request clause 2 Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd certify that the existing driveway and driveway crossover are satisfactory with respect to the driveway surfacing and the protection of the existing drainage conditions downstream.
