With respect to the above project Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd have commissioned to
carry out an inspection of the existing second driveway for the above property.

Further Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd have been provided with the Noosa Council
information request of the 18th March 2024 in relation to the non-compliance of the
driveway with Project Urban's drawings 21038-01.D sheets 1 to 4.

Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd is of the opinion that the driveway as constructed and as
shown in the following photographs is generally in accordance with the intent of Project
Urban approved drawings 21038-01.D sheets 1 to 4 except that the parking area is
constructed on the fill side of the driveway as opposed to the Project Urban drawings
showing it on the cut side.
