The changes to the alignment of the internal roads, parking arrangements and pedestrian
pathways are supported as they are minor and of no significant consequence.
With regards to the proposed changes to the heights of buildings 23, 24, and 25 the following
images detail the changes to the proposed building heights with regard to their projections above
the 8 metre height limit. The images in Figures 5 & 6 detail the projections of the existing
approval and the proposed changes.
