SERVICES & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 12 MARCH 2019
NCS operates under funding agreements with both the State and Federal Governments. The
requirements of the various funding agreements dictate that NCS should aim to perform to a
‘zero bottom line’ standard, i.e. that all funding received should be fully expended on relevant
programs and services.
YTD financial performance shows NCS is tracking very closely to budget, with minimal notable
variances in both revenue and expenditure. Minor savings are visible in employee benefits but
this is completely offset by additional materials and services contractor expenses incurred to
deliver required services.
