                     Easements will be required over sewerage mains in accordance with the South
                      East Queensland Water Supply and Sewerage Design and Construction Code.

                     For any water supply or sewerage infrastructure required to be constructed on
                      property that is not owned or controlled by the Applicant, it is the Applicant’s or
                      developer’s responsibility to gain the necessary consents to install that
                      infrastructure.

                     Payment of Levied Charges will be required in accordance with Unitywater’s
                      Infrastructure Charges for water supply and sewerage.
