                       Re:     Information Request
                       At:     6 Wyandra Street Noosa Heads Qld 4567


            With reference to the abovementioned development application and the subsequent
            further advice from Council, we have prepared a response to the engineering matters
            raised as follows.

            Revised Plans
                    1. Provide revised plans set in respect of the Material Change of Use development
                       permit, i.e. implement conditions relating to landscaping, footpath
                       requirement etc.

            The relevant plans have been amended to capture the revisions.


            Landslide Hazard
                    2. Provide a Geotechnical Engineer report certifying that the proposed
                       stormwater system is suitable to be constructed within the site. The report must
                       be prepared by a suitably qualified person (RPEQ – Registered Professional
                       Engineer of Queensland).

            The Slope Stability Assessment Report undertaken by SCG Consulting Engineers has been
            reviewed and the recommendations implemented into the amended Stormwater
            Management Plan.
