Issue
The submitted information lacks sufficient detail of the crossover design to assess.
Information Required
Please provide a plan that includes but is not limited to the following details:
Dimensions of the proposed widening and overall resulting width of the crossover generally in accordance with Councils standard drawing RS-049;
Construction material and thickness generally in accordance with standard drawing RS-050; and
Tie in details to the kerb and channel.
Please note Council is unlikely to support a crossover width that is significantly greater than the standard widths as specified in standard drawing RS-049. Consideration could be given to a centralised crossover that is slightly wider than standard to allow easier access to all three garage spaces.
