Council has recently received correspondence regarding the above mentioned property
in relation to carrying out assessable development without permit, namely the internal
alterations undertaken at the above mentioned property.

To resolve this matter, the following options are suggested:

1. Engage a private building certifier and obtain building development
approval for the building works or

2. Remove the unapproved building works.

Please take action to address this matter and confirm in writing your actions by close of
business 30/03/2021. If you do not respond to this request within this timeframe, we will
review our options to. remedy this breach.
