6.3     Future (2022) Base Case Traffic Demands
             In order to determine the traffic impacts of the proposed development on the surrounding road
             network over the 10 year planning horizon, an annual growth rate of 2% has been applied to all
             traffic volumes for a period of 12 years (i.e. 10 years beyond anticipated project completion date of
             2012). The estimated 2022 base case traffic volumes are presented in Figure 6-3.
