CONDITIONS:

1. Compliance with the current rezoning conditions of approval that apply to the site,
except as may be varied by this approval. Development contributions shall be re-
assessed for the additional uses and increased floor areas approved under this
application. :

2. Approval of the accommodation units is contingent upon the conference centre being
constructed. Construction of the accommodation units shall not commence unless the
conference centre has commenced construction or the developer satisfies the Manager of
Planning that the centre is committed to proceed.

3. The developer shall prepare a strategy for the parking of buses within and about the site
for the approval of the Shire Engineer.
