8.3. The pool area and one pool should be accessible for persons with disabilities.

8.4. Access from the carpark to the principal public entrance to the conference centre,
shall comply with the requirements of Building Code of Australia. Note that a
redesign maybe necessary to ensure that access is not via roadways or across
loading areas.

9. The landscaping plans for this development shall include intensive planting, (including
advanced specimens) in the setback of the proposed conference centre and adjacent
footpath area to assist in screening the building and to compensate for the reduced
setback distance.
