 The proposed Short-term accommodation use will be provided with appropriate access, parking, disposal of
 stormwater, and connections to all necessary infrastructure having regard to its setting in accordance with
 the requirement of the relevant works codes.


The following overlays are also applicable to the proposed development and a comment is provides
against each:

 Bushfire Hazard Overlay Code Overlay




 The site is mapped as containing Medium Potential Bushfire Intensity and Potential Impact Buffer under the
 Bushfire Hazard Overlay Mapping.

 Please refer to the attached Bushfire Hazard Assessment Report prepared by Equilibrium Ecology at Appendix C
 which addresses the Bushfire constraints applying to the land.
