It sets out a detailed framework for day-to-day management, directly addressing Council’s requirements under the Noosa Plan 2020, the Liquor Act 1992, and the venue’s Risk Assessed Management Plan (RAMP). This OMP specifically responds to community concerns raised during the public notification process, including: ● Noise emissions from refrigeration units and plant. ● Noise from bin and bottle disposal. ● Staff behaviour and language during pack-down and closing procedures. ● Patron noise near the eastern boundary. The OMP is intended to be a living document, reviewed regularly, with updates made in response to operational insights, regulatory changes, and community feedback. Purpose The purpose of this OMP is to: 1. Provide a structured and enforceable plan to minimise amenity impacts. 2. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, planning conditions, and RAMP obligations.
