RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Executive Manager to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 providing an update on operations of the Executive
Office for the period 1 April 2016 to 30 June 2016.


REPORT
The purpose of this report is to inform Council of the progress of various initiatives and programs
of the Executive Office which includes the following functions:

                       Sustainability
                       Customer Service
                       Governance
                       Human Resources
                       Community Engagement
                       Economic Development

The following table provides an update on the activities undertaken in the Executive Office during
the period 1 April to 30 June 2016.
