     2. A 1.8 metre high block wall is to be constructed around the northern and
        eastern boundaries of Easement B on SP207105 as defined within the
        Landscape Concept Sketch Plan, Drawing Reference no. LA-COL-SK-01, dated
        December 2013.

         The windows and doors to be provided to Units 8 and 9 are to be double
         glazed.

         The above outcomes are required to address the operating noise of the existing
         transformer contained within Easement B on SP207105 and maintain the
         amenity of future residents.

    3.   Easement B on SP207105 and the associated conditions must be maintained.
