          The development provides affordable housing outcome, which incorporates diverse housing
           options including two and three bedroom dwellings and potentially catering for residents
           with reduced mobility.
          All essential infrastructure including reticulated sewer and water, stormwater,
           telecommunications and electricity is already available or able to be adequately supplied
           and managed as part of the development.

  In light of the above, we present this compliant application for approval and trust that Council
  acknowledges the high level of compliance and issues a development approval subject to reasonable
