RE:    Response to Information Request (MCU20/0020) Material Change of Use –
       Open Space Type 1 (Lights) – situated at Noosa District Sports Complex - 31
       Butler St, Tewantin (372/MCH3843)

Council issued a further information request on 8 October 2019. The applicant provides
the following additional information in response to the five (5) items:

   1. Certification from a suitably qualified person that the proposal meets the 2 x
      Australian Standards.

Please find attached letter from Caitlyn Young RPEQ (Electrical Engineering) confirming
compliance with AS2560.2.3 and AS4282.


   2. Elevation plans of the proposed new light poles

Please find attached elevation drawings for the proposed poles.




Pursuant to the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant has given the assessment
manager the information requested. In accordance with the DARules, please commence
the decision period at your earliest convenience.
