Use Requirements for parking of vehicles and end of trip facilities
—one space per two dwellings/guestrooms/guestrooms/accommodation units.
Business activity (a) one space per 50m² up to 500m²; and
Community activity
(b) one space per 500m² in excess of 500m²
Entertainment activity
Industry activity (a) one space per 100m² up to 500m²; and
(b) one space per 500m² in excess of 500m²
Recreation activity (a) one space per 50m² up to 500m²; and
(b) one space per 500m² in excess of 500m²
Rural activity If for Aquaculture or Intensive horticulture within an Industry zone or Industry precinct—
(a) one space per 100m² up to 500m²; and
(b) one space per 500m² in excess of 500m²
All uses where not in conflict with Where five or more bicycle parking spaces is required, endoftrip cycle facilities are
QDC MP4.1 for major developments provided at the following rate—
(a) one locker per two bicycle parking spaces; and
(b) one shower cubicle with ancillary change room per ten bicycle spaces or part
thereof.
